Jahnke lake to lemhi pass

Another great day. Beads and I spent almost the entire day up high on the divide. The views were spectacular, the hiking easy, and the weather was prefect. We ended up hiking to lemhi pass, which was a historic place for the Lewis and Clark expedition. It was here that they came to the end of the Missouri and the start of the Columbia rivers. I filled up water from the spring that is the headwaters of the Missouri while straddling it. Very cool considering how big that river gets. I didn't go down to the Columbia headwaters since it was much farther away.
