On our way out of our campsite I saw the low tire pressure light come on in my car. We were about 2 miles from the nearest paved road. Luckily i had planned ahead and put my spare tire in the backseat of the car so I didn't have to unload the entire trunk first. Unluckily this happened on mother's day which is a sunday. All the tire shops within 70 miles were closed. The nearest open one was a walmart back near where we stayed the night before. Once I got there they let me know that the didn't have the tools to fix my tire. The guy at walmart called a guy who runs a specialty car repair shop that was willing to come down and fix it for only $25. When he fixed it he pulled a broken knife blade out of my tire. It was about 1" wide by 1/2"deep. I'm not sure where I got it since it wasn't deep enought to have penetrated my tire without hitting a rock just right. I also noticed that I has gotten to close to a bush at on point and have some scratches in my paint. They look like the are just in the clear coat and should buff out with a good wax.
